came into force on October 1, 2019, is a piece of legislation making it mandatory to carry out actions to reduce end-use energy consumption in tertiary buildings.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Declarations on the OPERAT platform are compulsory for all commercial buildings or premises with a floor area of 1,000 m\u00b2 or more.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>If you are the owner or tenant of a building over 1000 and monitoring of energy consumption in the tertiary sector.
